The missing package can be probably installed with
yum install kernel-uek-devel-2.6.32-200.13.1.el5uek

We need to enable yum update in the machine: Follow the steps in: http://public-yum.oracle.com/
1. cd /etc/yum.repos.d
2. Download Repository from http://public-yum.oracle.com/ —
public-yum-el5.repo 3. copy it to /etc/yum.repos.d 4. Then run
wget http://public-yum.oracle.com/public-yum-el5.repo It will enable yum update in the machine. 5. Then run "yum install kernel-uek-devel-2.6.32-200.13.1.el5uek" Follow the steps while it is intalling. 6. Now you can install Guest additions ./VBoxLinuxAdditions.run 7. Restart your machine.
